The ISA World Surfing Games were held at Punta Hermosa, about one hour south of Lima, Peru from the 19th to the 27th of October 2010. I flew out a few days earlier to get acclimatised and get used to the waves we would surf in the competition before the crowds arrive.

This picture has been taken back in the summer somewhere in beautiful Cornwall, England! Believe it or not, I did actually go in the sea with my O'Neill Superkini... I didn't last for very long though it was quite chilly haha! This picture has been taken in the Mentawai back in May, also in my fav O'Neill Superkini... and my article with a few 'tips for travellers'... Here's a few more surf fitness exercises for the flat days! They are really good for strengthening your legs and your core and super beneficial if you do them regularly, they will help your surfing! I love these O'Neill O'riginals board shorts and Sports bikini! x Surfing in Newquay in my super flexible and warm O'Neill Psycho Wetsuit... happy times

This picture was taken in Newquay back in June. I got visited by a Swiss photographer Herve and the journalist Sandra, that flew in for the day for a home story! They were really cool and surprised me with loads of Swiss Chocolate and 'Basler Laeckerli', which is a speciality biscuit made with honey, almonds and candied fruit from my home town Basel, yumm! I was really stoked about that! In our lounge, Alan playing me a lovely song, as he does, and note my leg hovering in the air on my 'invisible foot rest' haha! The surfing picture was taken in The Mentawai, of course in my O'Neill Superkini! xx
